Ordination 2011
On October 2nd 2011, the first person in it's history was Ordained at All Saints Church Poringland.
As an Ordained Local Minister (OLM), the Reverend Debbie Driver was ordained in her local Church, by the Bishop of Thetford, Alan Winton. Not as you might have expected at the Cathedral.
An OLM is a minister who will always remain and serve their local communities.
It was a great day with representatives from all the Benefice churches, ministers from the Deanery, other local non-Anglican churches, and the Diocesan Training Team, as well as friends and family attending.
